Shipping policy

VERGE LIFESTYLE ONLINE BOOKSTORE

Order processing times. Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days after your order is placed before shipping. You'll receive an email confirmation with shipment details within this timeframe notifying you that your order is on the way.

Orders placed after 5pm ET (Eastern Time) will be processed the following business day.

*Preorders will ship within 1-7 business days of the on-sale release date.

We only ship domestically to regions within the United States of America (U.S.A.) at this time.

VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore is available exclusively online and does not offer in-store pick-up or local delivery options. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS).

General Timeframe for Domestic Delivery 

  • USPS Standard rate delivery time is generally 3 to 4 business days.
  • USPS Economy rate delivery time is generally 5 to 8 business days.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Potential service interruptions. Please keep in mind that in the case of receiving high order volumes, holidays, or any unusual or extreme emergency situations, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days during the busy holiday season. 

Free shipping. Orders of $50 or more will automatically qualify to receive free shipping, calculated at checkout. 

 

Writing Journals Shipping Policy (Made to Order Products)

All notebook journals from the Brooke Ashley Collection are made to order. All made-to-order products are processed within 3-5 business days.

Once an order is placed, your items will be shipped directly to you from the distributor. Please note that when books and journals are ordered together, items may ship separately.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore may accept returns, exchanges or refunds in the event that your order arrives damaged upon delivery, is potentially lost, canceled, or that is the result of an error made by us, such as receiving an incorrect order.

Returns must be requested within 2-3 days of receiving the order based on the scheduled date of delivery in exchange for a store credit or item exchange only. 

Please note, we are not required to accept any returns, exchanges, or grant refunds. VERGE Lifestyle Publications Online Bookstore reserves the right to reject any refunds, returns, or exchanges that are not the result of an error or otherwise caused by us.

Be prepared to include your order number and other information for verification, along with a photo of the item's condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
